This was too short for me since I'm older but it would be great for someone young!

If you are on the fence about getting this, get it!! It is the perfect summer skirt. Long enough to wear into the office but easy enough to throw on for errands, pool day, etc.

Extremely well made—closes with buttons and hooks. The tie is just for looks, though it is a true wrap! Thick, lined, and has cute rope piping. Such a good buy; true to size. Definitely on the short side though.
